All aspects of transactions are monitored to help smooth the execution of the contract and maintain harmonious relations between the contract parties.

HOW WE WORK

We issue a Brokers Contract with all the agreed terms and conditions and any disputes and arbitrations are as per the appropriate GAFTA Contract.
We are involved in the transaction, from negotiation and conclusion of the Contract, up until delivery and payment of the goods.
You will usually be assigned one account manager who will be your single point of contact through the purchasing process. All of our team are experienced and knowledgeable so will be able to help with any questions or queries you may have.
